
Ayọ̀bámi M. Oyèdélé
Ayọ̀bámi OYÈDÉLÉ is a first-class graduate of Linguistics/Yorùbá with 4.82 CGPA from the prestigious University of Lagos, making him the Best Graduating Student in Yorùbá and the Best Male Graduating Student in Faculty of Arts, University of Lagos, Akoka during his set. He also holds a distinction in Master of Art, Yorùbá/Literature with 4.90 CGPA from the same institution, making him the Best Graduating Student at the Department of Linguistics, African & Asian Studies, University of Lagos. He served as an expert with USAID-NEIPLUS project as a text writer during the development of Early Grade Reading Materials in Yorùbá for primary school pupils in Nigeria, titled Jẹ́ Ká Kàwé. He has co-authored six Yorùbá textbooks ranges from primary one to primary six. He has also published two Yorùbá pedagogical books titled: Àkùkọ àti Aáyán (The Cock and the Cockroach) and Yorùbá Words and their Antonyms. He is a versatile Yorùbá language instructor with over ten years of teaching experience and a member of Reading Association of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter. He has passion for teaching children, teens, and adults. He is a creative language teacher and a children songwriter. He is fondly called Olùkọ́ Ayọ̀ by his pupils.
